Zubelin – Refund & Returns Policy
At Zubelin, we want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We also require a video while unboxing the sealed product along with proof of purchase (invoice).

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after the tags are removed.

Any items damaged during transit must bear the original tags for us to process the return.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of return approval.

Online Payments: Refund will be made to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued as store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Place your return request via email: care@zubelin.com

Include your Order ID, invoice, unboxing video, and product images with packaging/tags.

Our team will schedule a return pickup at no extra cost within 3–5 business days.

Once the item is received and verified, your refund/exchange will be processed as per your selected option.
Exchanges

You may exchange your purchase for the same item or another product of your choice, subject to availability.

Exchanges are only allowed for items in original, unused condition.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at care@zubelin.com with your order number.
Important Notes

Currently, we do not accept return requests for international orders.

Store credits issued are valid for future purchases on our website.
