Zubelin – Shipping Policy

We at Zubelin aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely while providing complete transparency in our shipping process.

Standard Delivery

  • 11-hour Delivery is available only for Bangalore pincodes.

  • For other locations, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST.

  • Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 6:00 pm IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Stock items are shipped within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise specified.

  • Large quantity purchases may take an additional 1–3 business days for processing and may be shipped in bulk packaging.

  • Made-to-order items are shipped within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Schedule

  • Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier partner performance, and unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, if applicable.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders as part of promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

  • Zubelin is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
