No, our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials such as brass, copper, alloy, and is often plated with gold, silver, or rhodium for a premium look and durability.

Our products are designed with high-quality plating and finishing. With proper care (avoiding water, perfumes, and chemicals), they retain shine and last longer.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available in select locations.

Currently, we offer selected customizable options in jewelry and accessories. Please contact us at support@zubelin.com for special requests.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track it directly on our website or the courier partner’s website.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn products.

  • Exchanges are available for defective or wrong items received.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may not be returnable.

We do not provide a standard warranty. However, if you face issues with product quality, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Currently, we deliver across India. International shipping options will be added soon.

  • Store in an airtight box or pouch.

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth after use.

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
