Zubelin – Refund & Returns Policy

At Zubelin, we want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We also require a video while unboxing the sealed product along with proof of purchase (invoice).

  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after the tags are removed.

  • Any items damaged during transit must bear the original tags for us to process the return.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of return approval.

  • Online Payments: Refund will be made to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued as store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Place your return request via email: care@zubelin.com

  2. Include your Order ID, invoice, unboxing video, and product images with packaging/tags.

  3. Our team will schedule a return pickup at no extra cost within 3–5 business days.

  4. Once the item is received and verified, your refund/exchange will be processed as per your selected option.


Exchanges

  • You may exchange your purchase for the same item or another product of your choice, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for items in original, unused condition.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at care@zubelin.com with your order number.


Important Notes

  • Currently, we do not accept return requests for international orders.

  • Store credits issued are valid for future purchases on our website.
